IMO, the gear in the cycle is irrelavent(95% of the time). Meaning you can cut and culk on any gear you chose to(95% of the time).
Diet is the key(100% of the time). I can think of two or three compounds that stand out as "cutters" and "bulkers". One is primo. I wouldn't use this if bulking. It has such a great effect on hardening and shape while in a low caloric state. Masteron is another I would only use for cutting because this is usually used during contest prep(which I do not do) to help vascularity and positive nitrogen balance. One more......deca. Wouldn't use it in a cutter. Gain way to much strength and water on it. My .02.
