I have divorced for 4 years and me ex knows that I have used before since she injected me my 1st go around. To make a long story short could she have the court systems drug test me if she thought I was using? She brought this matter up to me the other day, Stating how big I am. Just wondering what grounds she would have to have to have the courts test me for AAS. Thanks

Yeah thats what Im afraid of. She will tell her lawyer some bs saying that it is in our kids best interest that they test me. But Im wondering If they could test me or if they need hardcore proof. I may just call my lawyer.... Although they just tell u what u want here from my past experiences... Thanks eddy

If her attorney can make an argument that by you using puts your kids in danger (roid rage, etc.) then yes this could be possible grounds for testing if the Judge decides. Can she do it just to be a cunt, no, but that why lawyers get paid to think outside the box! I could think of numerous reasons for the kids safety, whether they are true or not. Especially with the public out cry for steriods lately. Just be smart.

My g/f is an attorney, she says the same things. If she informs her atty that you have "used" before, and given the media hysteria over the few random incidents involving those using steroids, she may just be able to have you ordered to test.
