I do it myself so I'm not saying if you do it you're a bad person, just hear me out.

Why is it that we think we can control people or stop things from happening. In relationships for instance. I was always the guy that would worry about stuff happening and try to look for signs of things going on before they happened. This is can ruin a relationship for sure.

I mean if someone is going to do something they are going to do it either way. Wether if you try to stop them or not. So why not just let things happen and try to think that everything happens for a reason.

I know that for me I've thought many things and started thinking and basically put thoughts in my head.

anyone catch what I'm try to say?

I agree with you 100%. I am the same way. You just gotta let nature run it coarse. So what if you did stop her/him from cheating. Is that good enough knowing that she would have if you hadn't?

If you don't act that way it's like you're basically thinking you are the center of the world and you try to warp things to the way you want them..

Trust me... I am not a jealous guy. My girl has a few guy friends and it doesn't bother me at all. I have always let her have her fun. I figure if she cheats... she cheats. She was the one that told me about the guy calling otherwise... I would have never known... That proved to me that she had no interest in him and was more annoyed at his phone calls than anything else. What pissed me off was the weasely nature of this asshole to keep calling her when she has told him to stop.

I have been accused of the opposite in relationships... I act totally disinterested most the time and act like nothing bothers me. Most women find it to be a turn-on I guess. They feel you are really secure in yourself and exude confidence... Some have actually gotten pissed at me for NOT acting jealous... when they say that I just tell them I trust them to make the right decision.

The more you try to control someone the more control you lose.

Im in this battle now 100%..
I have a hard time letting nature take its course and roll with the punches..

I know what Im supposed to do as a good person, but that doesnt keep this busy mind from working too much.
