Reading over the reviews it looks like everyone has had great results from the product but I did read a few times that your cardio is supposed to be great to help transport the fat to be burned so my question is How much cardio is needed to effectively transport the fat and get good to great results. Below I posted my diet for my cut cycle along with my cardio.

Breakfast 8 pieces of sliced pineapple
12oz orange juice
single serving Smart start healthy heart with 4oz of skim milk.

Lunch
1cup chopped chicken
1 tablespoon olives
1 granola bar
6oz apple juice and 6oz orange juice.

Dinner
1 cup chopped chicken
1 tablespoon of olives
6 cherry tomatoes
6oz apple juice 6oz orange juice

I drink 120-140oz of water a day.

My cardio is 1-1 interval training.
2min at 6.5mph 1.0 incline then 2 min at 9.0mph at 2incline and I do this for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Each session equates to 490-500 calories being burned and a distance of 4.20 miles.

During my last bulk cycles I started to get a little extra in the mid section nothing you can really see but when I sit down and lean forward theres a small amount of fat I can pinch and its driving me nuts. So if I used Eviscerate with this diet and exercise plan will it yield high results or am I going about this all wrong?

Thanks in advance.
