Everyone's Calorie Intake?

Just curious what everyone's calorie intake is in relation to their weight. Some of the calorie calculators out there can differ by thousands of calories.


I am currently eating about 14 Calories times my bodyweight. This seems to be maintenance.

How about you?
(Note whether you are currenly cutting, bulking, or maintenance, or whatever.)
 
im cutting. i do about 500 calories of cardio a day and eat about 2800 a day. on maintenance i eat about 4000 a day with pretty much the same amount of cardio.
 
3000-3500 a day to maintain, one 4000-4500 calorie day a week. A lot of cardio even on maintaining (5-6 times a week, 30-45 minutes, usually morning). Without the cardio, my calorie intake would have to be about 2700-2800 a day, which is just to little food for me. I like to eat! This is what works for me; a metabolism bump from cardio, eat more food. Most bodybuilders would say its too much cardio, but then again, most bodybuilders look like shit until off season. Look good all year, just take 1 week and drop some water of any event.

1700 or so a day,cardio 5 days a week with 500cals per session,and I am 193 now,less once water weight goes off
 
Weight: 135
Offseason during gaining: 3500 cals (stayed around 10-12%)
Comp season: 2500 cals and dropping...
Cardio: 3 days/wk until contest time - then sprints + 4th cardio day
1 1/2 - 2 Gals water daily
