Well IMO he does have some goofy-ass viewpoints, I don't think be believes all the stuff he says, but he never insults anyone really, and is always curteous yet all of you conservatives rip him apart, normally calling him names and shit for no real reason other than the
fact that he pissed you off.

I personally think demos and republicans suck about equally as much cock, because neither one gives a big fat flying fuck about you at all, and I LMAO when people are sitting here supporting imbeciles like George W Bush and Al Gore...wake the fuck up, vote libertarian, the whole point of libertarianism is that you can never trust anyone to run your life honestly, so you don't give them the power to do so...hasn't anyone seen the movie "Bullworth?"
 
I dislike him because he laughed at a picture of a retard that May posted, clearly mocking him. He then deletes my picture of a kid with "questionable" mental capacity, which wasn't even making fun of mental handicaps in the least.

He's a dork, but I like him. However I don't think he should be a MOD.
I would'nt even think he trains as he seem's more interested in using elitefitness.com as his political platform.
Overall he's cool with me.

I think that some people just have a problem with others that dont share their opinions.....and the only way alot of people can deal with this is to flame and argue rather than discuss. So RyanH, and his unconventional ideas (unconventional relative to those of other people here) get alot of flames.....no matter how politely he makes a point.

Personally I think its funny to watch the reactions to some of his posts.....especially when hes happy to sit and argue his point. I think that he has only annoyed me with one of his posts which is alot less than some of the others on here :)
 
I like his posts and I think he is pretty cool. He does take alot of shit from a very narrow minded group on here. I bet he laughs his ass off knowing that he can tourque a few people up like that.

I respect RyanH because of all the hate and shit he puts up with on this board, that takes character.

Besides that I have a weak spot for spoilt, rich-kid wannabe socialists anyway... :D

Much like the Garza issue, I respect someone that can take shit as well as dish it out.
I DIS' anyone that cannot open their mind to someone elses viewpoint at least occasionally. He seems to state his view over and over and never even considers the opposite view may have it's merits.
Such is the world of Partisan politics that makes me ILL.
 
I don't hate Ryan. However, I wish he wouldn't ONLY post about his political ideas.... hell this is a FITNESS board, and he's a mod:confused:

I also dislike the fact (wether Ryan himself is just toying with the board or not) that there are actually people out there that share his views.

He fails to show any objectivity, can never acknowledge a defeat in any of his arguements and is very hypocritical.

Yet, I find it fun to debate with him just to point out the weaknesses of all his arguements:D and point out the hypocrisy. (I save his quote about the military pay in my sig because I KNOW that he will state some contradicting view in a month or two)

I think RyanH is really 2thick using a different handle........ the polititcal statements (whether either of them actually believe the spew they utter) is way too similar....... :-)
 
poor frackal has been deceived by warren beatty. the whole point in bulworth is so beatty could push his bullshit liberal idealism on us. the whole fucking movie made me want to vomit. he is a big time democrat not a libertarian. you should pick another movie as your example. also do you really think the libertarian party would be any better if they won? they can barely get their own shit in order. and just because we vote for republicans or democrats doesnt mean we want them to rule our lives. well the republicans anyway. the idea is that the government should have the minumum necessary role in our lives. i have no complaints so far and im very happy with how our country is run.

Can I be a mental giant and ask why this thread is picking on the guy anyways? He has an alternate point of view, I believe there is a constitution that says he has not only a right to a diferent opinion, but a right to be stupid, clever, insightful and down right awkward so long as no one gets fucked by it.

Let the man be, let me be and let each other be....argue when you nead to, agree when you agree and remember, it is all bollocks if all you have is a mirror, hunting knife and one match on Dartmoor.

As for the Ryan issue.............I don't HATE anyone. He's has relaxed as the chat board Nazi and frankly isn't near as bad as Shrebly is in regards to editing things she just doesn't want other people to read. So as long as he continues to grow in that area I will have no problem. Censorship needs to stop.

I do realize that Bullworth was pushing left wing ideas, mainly socialism, however that had nothing to do with my point about the movie.

My point was, in that movie they showed very accurately how republicans AND democrats really didn't give a shit about the people, and it's just all one big club.

As far as libertarians go, I don't know what specific issues you're talking about when you say they can't get their own shit together, but the point is, with a libertarian government, the government serves the people, rather than owns them and runs their lives.
I'm probably doing a poor job of explaining libertarianism but you can read up on it on many websites.
 
I'm down with the MP5, too. I don't understand how anyone could criticise his intelligence. He's also not much of a hot-head at all. He takes alot of shit from people and doesn't blow up.

do you really feel the government is trying to run your life? im satisfied with how it is now and any party that wants to make radical changes wouldnt be welcome. i would like a little less of the social services to exist but no need for anything drastic too fast. its just not necessary.
 
It's not a NOVEL idea that when one has something important to say, he or she is attacked by those who live life on the sidelines, just acccepting everything they've been told----watching as the trains go by, with nothing relevant to say.

I like RyanH because he posts topics that are great to debate about and everyone can contribute in an intelligent manner (well, not everyone). It's good to have him around.

Do you regret that post where you questioned your views on the justice system after your friend was beaten and robbed, or have you finally come to your senses and realized that those criminals who beat and robbed your friend are the REAL victims here and that we should help them?
