then buy it and take it.
 
i hate it so much cause mine usually don't smell that bad, but once i started having a couple shakes a day or even one a day it's gotten 10X's as bad. it smells like wet trash on a hot summer day in a creek.

Mine are so bad I think I could drop one, and rob a bank.
It's worse than tear gas. Tear gas makes you cough and cry.....
My farts make you vomit.
Smells like a rotting buffalo carcuss. Hideous, inhuman stench!
I've emptied the house , 3,465 sq. ft., of all 5 occupants, including the dog !
They last all day. Each one worse then the previous.
Oh well, I'm used to 'em.

honestly, at this point LawL rofl lmao do no justice to what you just said. I am typing this several minutes later after regaining composure.

but.... don't you just sit there sometimes and huff it up? what is the nutritional value associated with one of these monsters? i wonder if there is a protein pHart bulking diet. anyone know?

Gas is what happens when you increase your protein and fiber too quick too soon. Try a digestive enzyme or something like beano should work. Gas X works pretty good for me.
 
i dropped the bar once in a squat because of that. but it wasn't a fart it was a shart. needless to say, i had to change my underwear after that workout. :jump:
 
just do a dutch oven. fart under the sheets and pull it over you girlfriend's head. OR the fart n'cuff, cuff your hand over your ass hole and fart in your hand wait a sec then put it in your girlfriend's face. Either one of these moves will get her in the mood.

This thread is killing me.

I just cleard both the guy's the office today and I might need to install mud flaps on the toilet,the protein is kicking today. LOL
 
I found that beanos, are a great help. Also, natural plant or fruit enzyme pills help alot also. Papaya is a good one.

One thing that may help out, as much as it sounds like a contradiction in terms, is plain old yogurt. But it has to be one with live (active cultures) in it.

a lot of people who take anti-biotics or pills for depression or ADD, lose the live cultures in their stomach, due to the side effects of the pills. Eating about 7 ounces of yogurt a day, will help get those live cultures back, and then it will help with the break down of protein and other food products in the stomach.

Try it for 2 weeks, that is the recommended time period, but you have to eat it every day for the 2 weeks.

let me know how it works. Also, heating up some chopped up fresh ginger in hot water with help a whacked out stomach too.
 
Increase Fiber intake to always be co-injested with Protein meals.

use Ginger root caps to helps as well with digestion

You must not eat a bunch of eggs. BV of eggs = 100

Regular or I should say typical protien does very little to me. meaning chicken, whey etc only specific ones do. Eggs are number one on the not so good to be around list. Red meats a distant second
