I have read a bunch of stuff claiming CLA has great effects in high doses when cutting and growing lean muscle. Has anyone ever used it and liked it? I was thinking of getting some for the last half of my test/eq/winny cycle....
Please let me know your experiences with it. I know I need like 4-5k grams a day and if you take to much you will know when you hit the bathroom......
