These last 10 days workouts were pretty shitty : low weights, no endurance, no energy

But today's WO was awsome : I was able to lift heavy and didn't feel that tired

I didn't sleep more yesterday, I didn't eat some "super food" nor use "miracle supplement"

So why 2 consecutive WOs can be so different ?
 
I wish I understood it brother!! haha ThanX for posting it though, cuz its encouraging to know others feel that shit! I get the same way. I can be in a fucking slump for a long time and Im convinced Ive gotten much smaller or weaker and then out of nowhere I start crushing PR's everywhere. Hard to day what exactly causes this. So many factors to consider. Sleep,diet,energy levels,joint pain,supplements,water levels in the muscle. Its always a great feeling though. Keep it up!!
 
I wish I knew. Some days I do extra sets cause I feel so charged, other days I struggle to make planned reps at weights I know I can do. Just roll with it.
