These last 10 days workouts were pretty shitty : low weights, no endurance, no energy
But today's WO was awsome : I was able to lift heavy and didn't feel that tired
I didn't sleep more yesterday, I didn't eat some "super food" nor use "miracle supplement"
So why 2 consecutive WOs can be so different ?
