fortunately i am not a cat so i am not dead... but i found things out... it's bad but good too... amazing what people will say about you to their loved ones, isnt it? especially when they dont think you will find out... i never knew i was this horrible of a person...
do i regret opening an email or two? not really... why? cuz it was about me and i knew it.

I've stumbled upon an e-mail or two that I've read... somethings were bad.. like guys a girl I was dating writing to her about going out soon...
I haven't checked my current girl's e-mail... primarily because I want this to WORK... and not have any suspicions... if she wants to tell me she will...

It's understanding to me that it can be very tempting at times...but I am with C on this one. If you want it to work, you really have to trust the person...granted you are always taking a risk (as you would have been, MadB) but to me that is definitely a better way to go. I don't care if my mail had nothing to do with the person...I would not like the feeling of having my privacy violated.
Trust...a requirement in a lasting relationship.

the relationship is over, was over, and will always be over...
the twist... we had a deal, if one of us dated while still under lease then they had to move and still pay their half of the rent... guess what i was looking for? proof.. didnt get it, but i do know she has little chats with an ex that have sexual inuendos in them...

yeah....someone else's someone else tho and I didn't even know him so...
As for myself, I wouldn't do it...it's just a bad idea..think about if it happened to you. For example I might write to a friend and rant about another friend who made me mad for some reason, but I will probably get over it in a few days. However if the friend I was ranting about ever saw what I wrote, it would get blown way more out of proportion than it ever should have.
