when i first joined this forum and started doing alot of research. I definetly noticed that and i couldnt get the real answers i was looking for till i came here.
it is funny how misinformation travels. One example is the half life of enanthate, first said to be 10 days and that information is on almost EVERY single piece of info out there, when it is actually 5.5 days according to clinical trials.
But if i tell someone that online they immediately go apeshit and start giving me all these links to different bodybuilding sites that say its 10 days
humans, by nature tend to take the first thing they read or hear as truth........example, 1 dog year equals 7 human years. Never take what you hear or read at face value, most of it is hype, look to the studies for confimation.
