Ever live alone?

For some reason I respect people more who have lived alone and depended on nobody!

I lived alone from age 22-25 and 500 miles from family.

At times it was good and other times fucked up---real damn quiet-- some days if you veg and chill you could end up not talking all day not once if you don't call anybody! this was before every home had a computer too.

Some of the best most peaceful times of my life. Sometimes, I stay in all weekend and just relax and post on EF. Not a care in the world.

I'm 31, and at this point in my life I'm not sure I can live with someone. I may have lived alone too long.

I think some people are better off living alone. I havent but sometimes I wish I did/will/would.

3 years in Baltimore then another 2 years here in CT. Was VERY anti-people, no way I could deal with a roomie. I'm very clean, organized, eat well, wake up early, go to bed early, etc - not the typical twentysomething single male. So there weren't many good fits out there for me. But, I moved in with a friend a year ago cause I wanted to force myself into uncomfortable/challenging situations so I learned to deal with them. Has worked out great thus far.

I've lived alone for 7 years now. It was tough at first, but now I'm not sure I can ever live with someone else again. I love my space!
