ever feel weaker??

I just injected my 4th week of test e , just running a basic 250mg e/w .. diet is going great.. but this is what im getting at... everything seems fine in the gym..great pumps..endurance.. but.. in just my flat bench chest workout.. I seem to not be able to get the weight up.. im talkin like weaker then pre-cycle workouts...everything else is coming up great.. have gained about 8 pounds.. but my chest is going nowhere..it seems my arms and legs and back are sky rocketing.. but does anybody know what im talking about or what it could be...maybe i injured it my first chest workout and it healed weaker?? :worried: .. btw I get about 8-9 hours of sleep a night
 
i don't think it would heal weaker? is thier any pain that would be a sign. have you been taking days off? also you said 250mg/wk do you mean twice a week? should be at least 500mg/wk
 
thats not much test bro...also change your chest workout up...stop benching for a month and use lots of dumbbells and machine incorporate super sets and drop sets...dont get caught up on the bench get away from it for a while and I guarantee you bench will go up if you do what I stated!! I use to have the same problem and I hardly ever bench anymore but my chest grows with other exercises

at 250mg a week, you are barely above your normal levels once your own test shuts down (someone have exact numbers on this??). Since it takes a couple weeks for your test to shut down, you are probably just now noticing it.

Up your test to 400-500 if you are trying a light cycle.....should see results shortly (and thats still not alot of test). I wouldn't think its injury related unless you have pain. Could be overtraining though.
 
If your saying everything is ok and doin just fine then i would look at form most importantly. when i first started out years ago the difference between an olympic and a basic bench (store bought weider or something) was night and day.
