Ever been in this situation?

Have you ever had shooting pains run down your spine...to the point where it hurts and you feel as if your back is locking up just from seeing an ex's name pop up on your phone? It's weird because I haven't even talked to this girl in over a month and her merely calling literally sends what feels like electricity running down my spine.The only other time I get this sensation is right before I get in a fight. This girl completely discombobulates me. All the other girls in my life right now I can blow off and not think about them again as if they never existed, but with her just the mention of her name makes me have crazy thoughts and I wont even care about other women for days. We saw each other for like two seconds yesterday and all we did was touch each other as if we were second graders flirting. Is this normal?

I would absolutely love to but this is one of my ex's and I don't know if she would even allow me to be in the situation to be able to. We hurt each other so many times while we dated...lying, deciet, manipulation, just about anything anyone can do wrong in a relationship we did to one another. We can't even make eye contact anymore. I don't know if it's sexual tension or what but it sucks.

This is simple. You haven't forgotten about her and there's no closure there. Emotionally and Sexually there's a part of you that wants her.
