Just wanted to say hello.
I come often to read your threads on training and eating etc.. and have learned a few things from y'all.
More interesting than reading the skinny buggers threads on other boards because you are all in my opinion, more in tune what is working and not working for you.
Some of the ladies here know me from the chat board but here is a brief biography for your reject me pleasure(kidding)
32 years old
5'9 male 200-210 presently(fluctuates)
blue/green eyes
Shave clean bald head(think a smaller version of Stone Cold, Hey thats what they tell me these days)
Learning to play guitar but can sing anything from Axl Rose to ZZ top
very Canadian
Not a pick up thread just thought I would say I like the thread topics here on training and that your main mod Lobo is doing a pretty good job.
