So what do you do to obtain gear there? Just walk into the pharmacy and ask for it. I know that method works for antibiotics and similar, but the pharmacist also asks whats wrong while you are there.

What would I tell him? My muscles need to get bigger, harder, stronger and faster, lol?

In mexico its not uncommon to say that because they are practically pushing the gear on you. But in Greece, the pharmacy runs more like an American pharmacy except the Pharmacist decides on your medicine instead of the Doc writing it for you.
