Estrogen Spike Question

after taking hcg when exactly does the estrogen spike occur? within minutes, hours, a day?

Spike will occur in several hours but last for a couple days. Estrogen doesn't get destroyed by the liver immediately like testosterone does.

thanks man! if you were going to up your ai around hcg when would you do it to get the best results? i don't want it to be too low obviously and i'm not sure when i should take it to keep the estro levels from fluctuating to much as well. i'm using aromasin at 12.5mg/ed currently. maybe 25mg on the day of hcg or the day after but continue the 12.5 the rest of the time?? idk...
