hey guys, im about 4 1/2 months post cycle and started doing my pct w/ clomid about 30 days ago(did original pct w/o clomid, but didnt recover) about 3 days ago, i began to feel really bloated especially in my face-as if i was "on"-and my nippples have begun bothering me. I am still doing clomid @ 50 mg/day and nolva @20mg/day. wat could b causing this and wat should i do??
fyi- i was on for 7 months and have been off 4
thanx, liftr486

You were on for 7 months?!?!?! Damn...that's a long ass cycle. I would say it's a little late for estrogen rebound, but I'm not sure...i'm not used to giving advice on cycles that long. I'd just hit the clomid and nolva for a bit...I'd also get my hands on some arimidex just to be sure and run it at like .25mg/ED...that should clear it up if it is, in fact, estrogen rebound.

i kno its a long cycle-but could it be estrogen rebound? i didnt change ne thing w/ my diet, i dont kno y my nipples are really bothering me and im bloated.

Out of curiosity, you say you didn't recover right, and what makes you say this? Did you have bloodwork done? If not, that is the only true verdict. :)

I had a similar problem. about 4-5 months post cycle (sust and fina) I broke out in nasty acne and then my nipples started to give me problems. I went to the derm and he put me on antibiotics. I fought the sore/puffy nipples for 3 months using nolva mostly and eventually it went away...but peft me a nice little lump under each nipple :( it's not visible anymore but i can definitely feel it. No longer sore or tender. This COULD all be completely unrelated to my cycle...since we're talking 5 months post. I recently had a physical and told the doc about my acne outbreak and the small lumps under my nipples (didn't mention the cycle) and he said that it's not uncommon for things like that to happen from an infection...he was working on the impression that the acne was from some sort of mass infection since the antibiotics seemed to eliminate it in about 2 months. He also said that the lumps most likely will go away eventually...again he was assuming they were infection related and not gyno. So I'll wait and see. Next cycle planned for late April. Better PCT this time and I'll be ready for the rebound down the road just incase. I was totally unprepared for it this time.

i had done some hcg before using the clomid--and yes, i did have bloodwork done and my levels were low-showing i had not recovered.
