Estrogen Rebound experiences

I'm curious about estrogen rebound after PCT. Anyone have any experiences I could learn from? Is it the same as Gyno symptoms? How do you deal with it?

It doesn't necessarily happen. As a matter of fact, if you're careful with your ancillaries (that means correct dosing and actually using them in the first place), you'll generally be fine.

Same here. Proper dosing of your Ancillaries and doing blood work after your cycle to make sure you have recovered properly is the way to go.

The idea is to taper off to avoid it.
