Estrogen equals strength?

If you drop your estrogen too low will it effect your strength while "on"? I am taking 250mg test weekly and was taking .5 Arimidex daily and had absolutely NO strength. I have cut it to .5mg EOD with 20mg Nolva on the inbetween days. I have a little nipple soreness and feel a little fluidy but shit has my strength increased.

Definitely.. too little estrogen will kill your strength, your libido and wreak havoc on your joints.

Yes estrogen causes some water retention and asmuscle actually works off hydrolics.....Water = strength.

Definetly. Too many anti-e's will leave you flat, weak, and will rob your gains. After many cycles I have learned myself that if you are one that is sensitive to aramatizing gear like test, dbol etc, and have to take to much AI to ward off estro sides, then you are better off using other "lighter" compounds such as winstrol, primo, var etc with LESS AI and you will actually get much stronger than if you use "stronger" gear like test with high doses of AI.

For example:

A cycle of 600mg eq, 50 mg winstrol, 50 proviron will yeild much better strength/size (actual muscle, not water) gains and aesthetics than 500mg of test along with 40 mg d-bol FOR ME. (Keep in mind that you maybe similar) When I take test and d-bol etc I have to use so many AI's that it kills the strength enhancing effects of the drug.... get my point.

you shouldnt be taking arimidex for 250mg a week. nolva for itchy nips but no adex. overkill.

Even taking into account i get nipple tenderness taking .5mg EOD. Do you still say i dont need any?

If your like me you will need some sort of an anti-e just holding a bottle of test..... if your nips feel strange, hot, sore, tingly etc use it
