Never done proper armidex or anti esto as I never had a problem. Till now.. I got a one side bitch tit... and feel crap today was my last. Shot of trenA mix..

Any better suggestions please??

your post is confusing but if you are using tren it will artificially elevate estrogen

you should know your body before using tren for that reason, bloods won't help in this instance

your really hard to understand... so you admittedly have never done anything right when it comes to this and have no clue about estrogen control and/or prolactin which is definitely your issue... my suggestion is to stop using anything until you either understand or are willing to do it right...

Ok then perhaps my English is still not good enough to explain my self the way I wanted.
I have use tren before many times.
I never had that problem before while I was using tren.
Recently just happened. So the only question Is what is the best way to control that estro.
And any of you still using proviron for any cycle.?

Tren shows up as estrogen in blood work.
