Essential supplements for maximum growth potential? There are some. 5 weeks ago I reached a plateau in my current cycle around week 15 with hard training, excellent diet, good rest and plenty of aas on hand. So I went back to the drawing board to figure out how to get 10 more pounds out of this cycle for a solid 30 pound gain – (no excess water).
