Essential supplements for maximum growth potential? There are some.

Essential supplements for maximum growth potential? There are some. 5 weeks ago I reached a plateau in my current cycle around week 15 with hard training, excellent diet, good rest and plenty of aas on hand. So I went back to the drawing board to figure out how to get 10 more pounds out of this cycle for a solid 30 pound gain – (no excess water). I also should mention that I have access to a gang of supplements at no cost so when I choose what to take, I choose wisely.

I’ll spare you the research details and get to the point. My problem was that I not only had low energy levels but lack of appetite and low muscle hydration due to BP pills.

The solution: Creatine (to increase muscle hydration), more fiber (supplements like Metamucil), b12(for appetite stimulation and energy production).

the creatine is gonna cause some water retention..

I thought that was too basic to have to mention but, yes. And that is why I didn't talk about my weight gain in this report but it is beyond 10 pounds - i always assume 10 is water.

sorry i was just commenting because you were saying no excess water, sometimes you never know what people know :D

creatine wont cause water if u use an ethly ester and not a monohydrate

I use both - good monohydrate doesn't cause what a lot misperceive as bloat – it actually hydrates the muscle from the inside which allows for more growth

Everyone’s body is different - therefore; yes - some supplements will have a negative affect on some people however, I am speaking for what worked for me. I've been taking monohydrate for more than ten years with no problems - and I do have blood work done on a regular basis.
