I purchased this product which claimed to be a pre/post workout drink(contained vitargo/some bcaa's, minerals,vitamins etc...) I will not purchase this product again based on the fact that my farts were how do you say..........Raunchy.....the second worst i have ever had in my life. it did not taste bad though..i dumped the canister in my backyard..a few days later..
