Equipoise...

Hello

I have been training pretty hard (naturally) recently and have suffered an injury, not BB related.

Im thinking of taking a Quest Labs Equipoise cycle, as im aiming for a little lean muscle, but no water retention/bloat.

My question is, would i be able to to start the cycle NOW, and then start actually hitting the gym in a couple of weeks, when the juice is in my system, and my injury has healed, or would i be wasting two weeks of gear?

Also, if i was to attempt 500mg per week, would i be able to do 2 shots in one go, 250mg in each ass-cheek, so i didnt have to split the dosage over the week, which i presume would worsen the cumulative effect.

Last thing. frontloading worth the hassle?

i wouldn't do both shots at once. I preffer mon and thurs if i'm going that route. How severe is your injury??

I'd wait to have that injury rehabed before using gear. Wait untill you have pain free range of motion.

don't rush the recovery of the injury. Wait until you are healed, then start the cycle. You could push yourself to start too soon because of the juice and fuck urself up worse. Or, you may be nowhere near healed enough to start working out and u just wasted gear.

thanks brothers, i know your right about waiting for the injury to heal, im just getting antsy. lay-offs from the gym really piss me off...

you could start the cycle shortly before you think you'll be able to train regularily again, as it'll take 1-2 weeks to really develop even blood levels of eq anyway, but no sooner than that

it is, I was video taping while practicing the poses, didnt bother posting anything as the pics from the video camera suck, will take my 4 week out ones this saturday, I'm down at least 10 more pounds from the last pics

i broke my collarbone a little over a year ago. i was on at the time of the injury. i just changed my shots from weekly to biweekly and was back training upper body in 4 weeks. my doctor said he never seen anyone heal that fast. i was back to work in 25 days. i don't have no office job either. i'm a union laborer for bricklayers. just make sure you know the extent of your healing process before training. and if it hurts in a bad way don't do it.
