i get mine at 200mg/ml. those low dose ones are the cheap mexican gear anyway. if you have a source, he will be able to get you higher dose eq.

i've tried mixing 0.1cc of BB with 1cc of pure eq in it's baseform i think that was a bit over a gram not sure, also i've made it from 200mg/ml up to 500mg/ml. The first method i used was the only painful one

if you want stronger concentrations homebrew it bro

No cardio. I wish I had the time but I don't have anytime at all. I only got about 45 minutes to spare at the gym when I do get the chance to go. What I do is eat ONLY low glycemic carbs. That seems to slow down the appetite. That and tons of water. And dostinex LOL. That shit blunts my appetite.
