I have been using stevia but it gets sorta expensive. Equal has dex. in it but is it enough to spike insulin levels. I try to not spike my insulin levels because it starts this wicked carb craving cycle

I think that they all spiked insulin to like 80 but not sure where i saw it.

I use stevia in a brand called sweevia but I am actually trying to wean off of it because I think it spikes my insulin too. I think they are all bad fo us,

Equal would work fine if money is an issue. I doubt a packet of Equal spiked blood sugar that much, probably a little overstated. I've had a lot of clients that used Equal while in ketosis w/o a problem.
