I thought one of the benefits of EQ was enhanced cardio. I've been STRUGGLING during my runs this week. Any thoughts?
 
is the lack of stamina just beginning to show are has this been the case all along? I think you really are just getting into the meat of the eq run. Some feel eq in week 5 some in week 10. I fall into the later catagory. I wouldn't be concerned and i'd maybe even run the eq 4 extra weeks to 20

well possibly yea like he said it can take a while to reap the benefit of those increased RBC's
 
the longer you run the eq, the better, most everryone I've heard of that has run eq has increased stamina as a benefit.
 
I hope. Like I said, this is week 10 and my runs have been kicking my ass this week. I was going to stay on for 16, but I'm thinking about extending it to 20.
