I don't think so. I have never heard anyone complain about pain from Eq. Unless you moved the needle around a lot during the injection

sometimes when I hit my quads with eq I would be a little sore the next day, but it kinda feels good.

Just like Mustang said it depends on how much you move the needle too.

i loved the shit and i never got sore and i was shooting up two times a week with 3cc each and never had a problem with pain. good stuff.
