No need to frontload with EQ. Do what Golfer said.

You won't be able to start on clomid therapy for 17-21 days after your last shot of EQ, so I'd start the winny on week 7 and run it to week 12.

If you're gonna run the winny at the end, run it 3 weeks past your last shot of eq to week 13 this way the eq will be out of your system when u finish the winny and you can start clomid therapy asap.

But I have heard many time "front load" and I am not sure what it means ?

Frontloading is using a high dose then going back down. Like using 750mg of test then going down to 500mg. You could just use some dbol and there is no need to frontload.
