EQ - what to expect?

Razarsharp

New member
I just picked up 50cc's (50mg/ml) of EQ (Equigain) and plan on starting shortly. What should I expect from a mild cycle of this? I know it's more a muscle hardness thing, but what else? First time EQ user.

how much should I use for the most effective cycle....or to stretch out at least the 50cc's

no, my first cycle finished up about 8 weeks ago (I was only on for 8...cyp only)

How much cyp did you use.

With 50cc's you can get a cycle of 300mg a week for 8 weeks. That's a good cycle. Focus on diet and training.

Would a high-protein, moderate fat, low carb diet work for best results with this type of cycle?

With cyp I went through 20cc's at 200mg/ml. Nothing serious but jumped up about 10lbs of solid muscle and huge amounts in strength.

Now I want a more shredded, less beefier look. EQ is all I can get my hands on at the moment.

Yes, high protein, moderate-low fat, moderate-low carb diet.

Try 1.5-1.75g of protein per lb of bodyweight, 0.25g-0.35g of fat, and the rest in carbs. What are your stats?

Remember that a lot of ppl expect sick veins from eq, and once it doesn't happen, they say eq is crap. You need to train in a high volume way to really maximize eq's benefits.

I'm about 5'11", 230lbs, 16% bodyfat tops...probably more like 14, haven't checked in a while. I'm 23 yo.

I'm just looking for something to get me to the next physical level. I train very hard and with more intensity than all those in my gym...4-5 sets per exercise with around 6-10 reps per set (pyramiding mostly). I always go crazy heavy. Freakish at times

EQ is good stuff. You will probably not see the fast gains like your first cycle, but by week 4-5 you should see considerable hardening of your muscles and improved vascularity.

EQ is great, but the end results come slow and steady.

I would eat roughly 3000 cals a day,

400g of protein, 65g of mostly unsaturated fat, 200-225g of clean carbs.

Training: Try my current routine

Day1: Quads and chest

Squats, superset with incline bench presses 4 sets each

Leg presses, superset with dumbell press 3 sets each

Leg estension super with db flyes 2 sets each

Cable crossovers super with hip movements 1 set each

Day2: Back/Hams/Calves

Chinups/ super STL deads 4 sets each

Barbell rows/ Lunges 3 sets each

Lat pulldowns/ Donkey calf raises(rest pause) 2 sets each

Cable rows/ Calf raises(rest pause) 1 set each

Just an example of what would really get those veins out, as well as that muscle hardness.

WOuld you please be a little more explicit when you referre to a high volume training, and the above example, what is the reason for this to work better regarding vascularity bro?

Supersets with muscle groups so far from each other? I've never tried anything like that unless tri-setting with calves, tris and bis. So, I'm not looking for too much increased strength as I am for blood flow and volume. Should be a fun cycle. Thanks for all the help.

Volume training - using various movements in conjuction with each other...supersets, dropsets, compound sets without rest, etc. Keep the blood flow heavy throughout your entire body at every workout. Gives excellent pumps plus increases intensity 10 fold. It's good for almost any occasion when your workouts become a touch redundant or lagging.

Well, when you get an insane pump from a lift, you significantly increase blood flow and blood pressure to that muscle.

This is actually very hard on the body, and it's not use to it. In order to adapt, the diameter of your blood vessels will increase to keep up with the increase demand in blood flow to that muscle.

Thanks Bro, Im interested to try it, but is it only adviceable while juicing or only equipoise? (cause Im off, and I ll start until mid jan.), and what kind of results in how many weeks can I expect, either juicing or not juicing?

It will work well off cycle depending on your genetics and BF level. I'm on my second week of this routine and I'm seeing veins all over my shoulders and biceps. They don't pop out, because my BF is fairly high at 15%. I've noticed that this typr of routine gives my mscles a fuller look. I'm also seeing striations on my chest buried under a layer of fat of course. My forearms are getting more veiny, though.

I would suggest that you start doing a little cardio, so you will be able to keep up with the supersets. I would start 2 weeks before the start of your cycle.

i did an exact cycle like this except with the ganabol. i did 300mg for 8 weeks a while back. if i could have done that light cycle again i would have definately added some test in there. still u can expect to add weight if eating, training, and rest are good. 10-15 pounds of quality weight is definately possible.
