Is winny worth doing if you are not under 10% BF? I was thinking about running 400mg's of EQ and winny for 6 weeks while doing an insane diet and cardio regime. Will the winny be worth it?

injectable winny makes me hard as a rock even when i'm 12-15% bf. (which i'll probably never be again)
i think your cycle is great for cutting. i'd run an 8 weeker though.

winny is my favorite next to test. even at much higher than 10% with the right diet and training it will make you hard as a rock with veins popping out in places you didnt know you had veins. i like the eq as satch said a minimum of eight weeks but i would go twelve or frontload it for the first two weeks.

How can you say run an 8 weeker if you don't know if its ED or EOD??
Don't you think if its ED 8 weeks would be a little harsh??

I am in total agreeance here, I have done Winny 3 times and not being under 10%, yet I see real hardness and veins coming out of no where!!!
