Eq/Test Sides? Insomnia/Heat sweats?

just wondering what you use to really pass out, (naturally)

i have ambien, but don't want to rely on too many things, there is only so much you should put your body through
 
Im on test and EQ and so far i have had none of the side effects you mention. Sounds like your on tren from the sides you listed.The ambien will work for the Insomnia I used it while takeing tren and slept like a baby but it didn't help with the night sweats.also drinking milk before I go to bed helps me fall asleep faster.

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you. I'm an Insomniac with bad night sweats. I am very heat sensative throughout the day as well. I start to sweat when room temp is 68 or higher.

The only thing i have found that works for the insomnia is AmbienCR. It sucks I have to rely on meds for sleep but a decent nights sleep is worth it to me. I love the no hangover effect in the morning. My insomina started long before gear and doesn't chnage when I'm on or off. I just can't turn my brain off to go to sleep. I'm always thinking about things.

Naturally I have tried valerian root which was ok but I felt too sluggish in the morning.

Other things I have tried and have helped are changes to my dailey routine.

Don't sleep in too late. Try not to take too long of a nap if I do nap during the day. (I work from home so I have this ability )

I go to the gym in the morning to afternoon. If I go at night I am way too amped to fall asleep.

I try not to watch anything too interesting on tv while trying to fall asleep. I usually watch survivorman reruns I have recorded on on-demand :)

As far as night sweats I have a window AC in the bedroom and I keep the room like a meat locker at 58-60 degrees and sleep with a down comforter.
 
it's one of the many sides that go along with the usage. they all, mostly, pass in a week or two. except some of the EQ sides, because it seems, to me, to raise your RBC much higher than anything else.
 
Running 200mgs of eq right now with 300mgs of deca and 500 of test e. I wake up to change my blanket, pillows and put a fresh towel on top of my sheet at least three times a night. BLAH! But all worth it. I have regained back all the size I lost while in the er and then some!

As for insomnia/panic attakcs, as I put in a previous post, I am fortunate enough to be prescribed valium 10mgs, but thats for anxiety that happened after I ran a guy over that had just gotten a dui for driving his bike drunk. Still haunts me till this day though. But now that I am on the eq, the usual 5-10mg dose isn't doing it for me, I need 15-20 just to get some decent sleep. :(

I love eq for what it does for my eating. With only 200mgs a week, I'm eating like a horse and still keeping my waist at 29 3/4inches at 6'4. I expect to be in the 280lb range by the end of the 10 weeks. So it's all worth it. But I do think this will be my last run with it. My anxiety was bad enough as it was before but at least I only needed 5-10mgs of val 1-2x a week at most but now it's almost nightly!

But yes, the night sweats, anxiety and insomnia seem to be normal, at least for me. Best of luck to you brother. I would try to take some valerian root, melatonin and a nice hot shower before bed to relax, you can also try benadryl and over the counter tylenol pm if things get real bad, just don't over do it. Avoid coffee and soda all day and try to do some killer, hard workouts. As for the night sweats, sleep with the ac cold, try to wear a shirt and have a few extra by the bed (you will need to change them often through out the night) and lay a towel down on your bed so you don't soak the sheets. A fan blasted on you may also help, just don't aim it near your head, I got a bad ear ache once from that.

sounds alot like me man, i used to sweat and get yellow armpits on my school shirts in the damn winter....i have a fan at my desk at work and when everyone is using a heater im using the fan lol....

so i'm usually very hot, but last night was unbearable.....

never tried ambienCR, if insomnia keeps up, ill try it out.....

Also, could be a side of gear, so might try natty valerian for a while and if it doesnt help or leave me groggy ill give the ambien a go...

L-Theanine from Solaray at 200mg's is good too. It's the natural ingredient in green tea that makes you relaxed. There's no caffeine in it. It's a litte different than Valerian which makes you drowsy, this just makes you relaxed. I've never used Benadryl or Valerian with the Ambien CR, but I have with the L-Theanine. It's good to go. Ambien CR at 12.5mg that is.

Im with u too bro, night sweats r a bitch sometimes, u just cant get comfortable to sleep.

I use valerian root, as far as feeling sluggish in a.m. it does happen in the beginning, but as with any sleep aid natural or presribed it takes a bit to get used too 4 that to ware off(usually within a week or so).....atleast 4 me

if it gets too bad sometimes, i will take a quarter xanax, to get a good nites sleep, but only when i really have to.

im gettn ready to start some tren a so i better get used to it 4 awhile, good luck bro n happy sleeping!!
 
if you are having trouble sleeping, try custom capsules' mega sleep capsules. I'm on test/tren/eq/winny and sleep like a baby except for the night sweats.

Becareful with Ambien CR dude... There's studies that it causes People to Sleep Walk when on It even when they never sleep walked before.

One guy on Ambien CR was sleeping Walking to the 7/11 Store , got some cigarettes bought them and drove back home and then was arrested because cops saw him and thought he was drunk.

Another woman on Ambien CR woke up in middle of the night went downstairs, cooked some meal on the stove , ate it, turned off the stove and went back to bed.. Dangerous

And One Person who was on Ambien CR sleep walked to his Brother in Law's House, killed him , his wife and stuff , and then went back home and went back to bed. He Recollects NOTHING of the event and he had taken Ambien CR right before bed when the shootings occured. LOL
 
Nyquil. I just finished a test eq cycle and if I had trouble sleeping it actually helped. Plus, there's no way you can get "addicted" to it

I think you have to be pretty messed up to begin with if you kill your brother in law ambien won't make you kill someone.

Ambien gives you a relaxed drunk like feeling its similar to the benzo's; valium, xanax, ativan etc.

As far as sleep eating I do it everynight but usually involves microwaved leftovers and icecream, not really dangerous. I love that effect, gives me a bottomless stomach and I can throw down a couple thousand extra calories.

Ambien also causes helacious typo's when typing on. I'm sure some can atest to that.

What you do need to be very careful with is drinking while on ambien or taking it after you have had drinks. This may make you do something stupid like sleep drive. I know it makes you fairly retarded as I've been told by those who have seen me mix the 2. I was sitting on the couch eating whole banana's, that's with the peel on ... lol. Good fibre?

Anyways don't take ambien if you really don't need it, I'm not trying to push it, I only know it has been the only thing that has worked for me 100%.

If you do take it, go right to bed.
 
got a diff question about the eq. i am going to start an eq/test cycle soon. i may not get to run it but 10-11 weeks though. how long before you guys felt the effects of the eq? I have the option for deca but it did me wrong, before i knew more abou t it though. it is jut not worth taking the chance on deca dick again. any suggestions?

I'm 8 weeks into a 600mg of Eq,750mg of Test E cycle and I didn't start actually feeling the Eq until about the 6th week........that's when my hunger became continuous and never ending.I haven't had any anxiety attacks or night sweats at all,just a bottomless stomach and constant hunger.my ability to do cardio has improved substantially,also.I sleep like a goddamned dead man,LOL so no problems there at all.

The Test E I could definitely feel by the 5th week.Eq takes so long to actually kick in I would run at least for 14 weeks to get a good effect off of it.Anything less and you would be selling yourself short of overall lean gains possible imo.
