With the EQ in there you'd start PCT 3 weeks after your last injection. 50mg/day of clomid with 20mg/day of nolvadex for 3 weeks works very well.

If your cycle is longer than 10 weeks (likely with EQ) then use 1000IU HCG EOD during those 3 idle weeks after your last injection and before you start clomid/nolvadex.
