EQ question...

I've been told that using EQ alone will get you shredded without losing any muscle mass, but won't really help with any gains. Is there truth in this? I am 23 y/o , 185 , probably about 10% body fat just guessing, and on a pretty good diet/lifting routine. Could I expect these kind of results? Also, I've been told EQ doesn't really have any negative sides by itself, but I've read what seemed to be mixed opinions on that, any feedback is much appreciated.

using 1 gram eq wk right now. ive got more cut and gained some lean mass. ive noticed no apparent side effects.

K power is the amount of karma you can give to a person, K hits is the amount of karma you have been given. It's a gauge to help you identify the helpful folks here.

You give k when you found someone's post helpful, interesting, funny or because you have a hard-on for them ;)

Be careful because K can be taken away. You may have seen folks with a long red bar of k. Normally it's because they’ve said something stupid and have broken the rules.

You can check who gave you k by looking at your profile main page.

here's some k, that measly 10 k you have is killing me ;)

Absolute bullshit. Without low carb diet it will not help you to get shredded look. But its true it doesnt give any serious gains and must be used in cutting cycles only, very good stuff to maintain muscles while on diet.
 
EQ is great for cutting and bulking. I use it every cycle. It will make you more vascular when you are lean and does increase muscle mass, but very slowly.

Mak is right on, EQ is a great anabolic. You will make slow steady gains with few sides.
