eq ques, and off time

i have 2 quick questions

1. can eq be injected once or twice a week in high doeses, or does it need the ed, or eod inject to remain active, i wouldn't believe so cause of the long half life

2. i just finished 8 weeks 30mg ** ox, with ox do i need to take 8 weeks off or can i jump right into my next cycle, which is :

500mg sust a week (1-10)
300mg EQ a week (1-10)
50mg EOD winny (6-10)

may substitue primo depot for the eq...if availible...
