I'm trying to descide what to do for first cycle. My stats are 225 6'2 16%bf. I have pretty good knowledge of AS but stuck on what to do. I'm trying to gain some strenght but also get bf down. I was wonderinf about doing EQ500mg for 8weeks with some clen, or t200 500mg a week with eq250. I've heard you should always ad test to every cycle, but I've heard for your first cycle it's alright to run just one AS. i'm not trying to use this as a bulking cycle or a cutting cycle just a cycle to harden up some and gain some strenght.
