After almost a years research and reading from alot of informative and smart people on these boards, I've finally decided to make the move and start my first cycle. I have a question though. I am reading more and more that Equipoise is often misunderstood and underestimated when considering it for a bulking cycle. Based on the "effectivenes chart" here on BB.com, it shows that Eq has 3/5 star for mass gains and only 1/5 star for side effects as well as a whopping 4/5 stars for gains kept fro it. That is, mainly, what makes me want to do my first cycle of Eq only. The fact that it has the least health risks/side effects, has a considerable quality of adding mass(not too much as beginners want a nibble and not the whole kitchen) and has been shown to keep the gains makes it a perfect first cycle in my opinion.
Please feel free to give me your appreciated knowledge of this matter for it may guyide me through having an incredible first cycle with little or no side effects to regret. For better understanding, I've been training for 8 plus years and am Ectomorph. I have only a 6% BF and am about 155. I eat about 4000-6000 calories a day and try to keep it that way religiously. Due to my hectic work schedule, I only train 3-4 times a week.
What I came up with after endless reading and research is:
Eq only:
Week 1-2......Eq.....600mg/wk
Week 3-13.....Eq.....300mg/wk
Nolva alongside at 10-20mg/day for side precautions(mainly libido)
Clomid is needed 2 weeks after for 2 weeks.
Than again, most of where I've gotten my info on Eq almost always stated that it was a good idea to run Test with Eq for the decrease in Test levels in the blood from the Eq alone. That got me thinking and realized it was a possibility. But than again, that plan would defeat my purpose of running the safest cycle for the first time and sticking to one thing alone. Sooo, people suggested I run a cycle something like this:
Option#2
Week 1-2 or 3.......Test E or C...600mg/wk......Eq 600mg/wk
Week 2,3-13.......Test e or c....350,400mg/wk....Eq 300mg/wk
PCT Clomid and Nolva alongside at 20mg/day
Not to get you any more confused(shows how indecisive and open to input I am), people suggested I front-load or kick-start my cycle with Dianobol for the first 2 weeks at 10-25mg/wk. Either adding it to the first option with Eq alone or to the second Option with the Test and Eq.
As you can see, I'm one step away from making my purchase and want to ensure that I'm running the best cycle for my first cycle in consideration to my weight, health precautions and keepable gains. These boards have been hella nice to me and took care of me like a little bro so any input from you guys would be very valued and tremendously appreciated.
