well i only do 20 mins on the bike and that is only sometimes. i play tennis competitively still and basketball. so i get all my cardio from that. i do not need to do any in order to stay the way i am but i am firm in keeping the heart healthy, plus cardio kept my bp in check while being on such a high dose. i mean there are weeks where i do not do cardio once but i will play hoops all day saturday and then have tennis matchplay sunday and wednesday. put it this way i can stop working out and just eat krispy kremes and whole milk and i will be just as lean as i am in the pics only i lose weight lol. so don't go by what i do as far as cardio but you should be fine if you keep your appetite in check and eat right. the proviron will keep you as dry as a bone and if you eat right and lean out you will be hard as a rock. what dose are you planning on using for eq, cause at some doses i didnt' see the appetite increase.rykertest said:bruce you are naturally more slender than I am, so when I cut I have to live on the treadmill or eliptical.
