EQ , lose weight and body fat, is it possible?

Without getting too technical and right to the point what would be a sample diet while on EQ to be able to lose fat and a bit of weight? How much cardio and which kind of cardio would be best?:biggrin:
 
EQ is a personal favorite. Being an MMA fighter... the extra RBC's are appreciated .. But, in my experience, I gain weight because of the extra Hunger!!
 
why don't you look up diets. carb cycling is a common choice, and HIIT is usually the recommended cardio here.. usually when you lose weight you lose bf lol it's gaining weight and losing bf that's tricky.

High protein low carb meal every 2 1/2 hrs. Quit eating carbs by 5-6 at night....You should know what kind of protein sources or shoudn't be taking roids.... I personally like the stationary bike! moderate intensity since we're weight trainers, so holding as much muscle as possible is the objective! If your serious about geting in shape, and have the time. I recommend 2 cardio sessions a day, the first thing in the morning on a empty stomache for 45 min. The second at night maybe 2 hrs before you go to sleep for 30 min. Then eat something solid(protein) nothing else.
 
if u do cardio 2 times a day or even once and use the dave palumbo diet.. u will lose bodyfat at a fast rate ..on or off steriods
