EQ injection advice

I've NEVER injected into the delts before---it's time to try it. What suggested guage and length.

I was thinking 23 x 1".......?

Just did my delts the oher night. No need to carry around so many different gauge/length needles. The good old 1.5 23g work fine

I use 22ga 1" for everything..even Bis and I bury it!

1 inch 25g works fine for the delts when using eq for me. very little pain too.

Thanks for posting this thread dr. I'll be doing my first delt injection within the next week. This is after doing my first quad injection last week. Yeee Haaaaa !!!
