Looking at trying E.Q.I am looking for info on .How much to take for how long?This would be one cycle.Not looking to gain weight.But looking for improved recovery and preformance for endurance events.Also how long before feeling results and how long after the cycle before losing any benifit?Body weight is now about 180.Thanks in advance.

EQ is a good choice

For what you are trying to do I would hit 300mg/wk. You will keep most of your gains on EQ but you might want to throw in some winstrol or anavar, it will not only harden you up it will make you better at endurance events. For winny its 50mg/day for var I would say no less then 40mg/day (I do 60-70)

Stacking Info: For mass, Equipoise stacks exceptionally well with Anadrol(oxymetholone), Dianabol(methandrostenlone), or an injectable testosterone like Sustanon 250.

Equipoise is also highly effective for contest preparation since it aromitizes at a low rate. For contest prep, muslce hardness and density can be greatly improved when Equipoise is combined with Parabolan (trenbolone hexahydrobencylcarbonate), Finaplix (trenbolone acetate), Halotestin (fluoxymesterone), or Winstrol (stanozolol).


Equipoise, or boldenone undecylenate is a favorite veterinary steroid of many athletes. Its effects are strongly anabolic, and only moderately androgenic. By itself, Equipoise will provide a steady and consistent gain in mass and strength. However, best results are achieved when Equipoise is used in conjunction with other steroids. Average dosages of Equipoise are 200-400 mg per week. Injections are usually taken twice per week (i.e. Monday/Thursday).

Equipoise is available in a 25, 50, 100, and even a 200 mg/ml version. Ultragan, the 100mg/ml version or Boldenon 200 by Ttokkyo is generally preferred, as frequent/multiple injections may become a problem. Remember, if high volume injections are made too frequently to the same injection site, an oil abscess may form. Another popular version is Ganabol in the 50 mg/ml form. It is mostly seen in 50 ml vials, but is also available in 10, 100, and 250 ml versions. Ganabol comes in a brown glass vial with a green label. 50 mg/ml versions will have a large "50" on the label. A new 200 mg/ml product, Boldenon 200 by Ttokkyo was recently introduced to the market and the initial reviews have been great.
