I have to respectfully disagree with the bromo advice. Unless you are known to be sensitive to progestin related gyno (rare), I wouldn't take bromo. Bromo is quite a harsh drug with many possible sides and risks. Even if you are prone to PR gyno, I would choose cabergolin (dostinex) as it seems to be better tolerated and is much more effective and potent. If you are already taking Welbutrin, you should stay away from bromo, dostinex and all the other ergo alkyloids as there are possible drug interactions. Both welbutrin and the ergo alkyloids (including bromo) modulate dopamine levels in the brain and the combined effects could be dangerous.
