i'm on eq and winny right now..
wk1 1200mg eq, 400mg test
wk2 75mg fina ed, 600mg eq, 400mg test
wk3 75mg fina ed, 600mg eq, 400mg test
wk4-6 600mg eq and 50mg winny only..
continuing with the 600mg eq and 50mg winny through week 10.. then it's 40mg var ed for 4 weeks..
was having some booby issues so i dropped the test and fina.. plus i was holdin water and hated lookin fat...
i'd say if you're lookin for a solid 10lbs.. and that's it.. then absolutely.. do just eq and winny... you'll get good strength gains.. and you'll have relatively little to NO sides...
