Eq and Test Eth with HCG on cycle

I'm on cycle now, 3 weeks in (4 weeks if you include the pre-week load of Eq). All going well. Loving it. :)

I'm actually injecting on a 4 day rotation (250 Eq and 250 Test Eth swapping between left and right glute each injection) - which averages out at about 450 of each per week. No soreness (well - my first Test Eth injection was a bitch and the muscle was sore for 3 days - but since they have all been great).

Having read the latest posts on HCG - I'm going to include it "on cycle". A picture of my cycle chart (from Excel) is posted (down below) - I'd appreciate any comments. I have a couple of other questions.

Week 3 - and something is happening now. I guess the Test Eth is kicking in (I pre-loaded Eq in week zero, but I think it is too early for it to be having an effect). My workouts are now amazing. I can lift more. I feel beter when I push myself. I can do more sets. I recover quickly. My muscles are definitely much harder - and I am starting to gain muscle mass now - and damn quickly! Pecs, shoulders, legs - all nicely in the first stages of growth.

Q1) I dont want to gain too much muscle. I was in good shape before anyway. If I start gaining too much muscle - what is the best thing to do? More cardio? Less protein in the diet? Lower the intensity of the workouts? Finish the cycle early when I get the results I want?

Q2) The only ache I have is in my arms - and it is only from Lat Pulldowns. It is not in the bicep, not a muscle ache while actually doing the exercise, but feels like a sore tendon or ligament in the elbow - and the ache only comes on after I finish the set. Have I just pushed myself too hard to quickly and strained something - or is this a sign of something else? I heard that Eq can produce a bit of tendon soreness.

One more thing - that is kind of funny - and I guess is an effect of Test Eth on the testicles? This might be a bit of an "over share" - but hey - we're all friends!

Basically - the "stuff" my testicles produce is now very thick and very, very white. Not that this is a problem - but there was a moment of "shock and awe" between me and the girlfriend when it first happened. LOL. :rolleyes:

Q1) Yes, your training and protein intake will have an effect on muscle growth with TestE, however, keep in mind TestE is a mass builder-So your going to gain muscle (unless your training sucks and your diet is crap). Keep in mind, TestE can cause bloat. Diet can also help with bloat-watch your sodium intake

You need to post your stats: how much you weigh/body fat%, height, diet. and how much you DON'T want to weigh and corresponding body fat% in order to answer the "I don't want to gain too much muscle" question.

Q2) As far as your joint issue, it definately sounds like a tendon/joint issue. I would back off of certain exercises that hurt this area the most (kinda obvious, I know, but the gear may hide the pain). TestE may help you with your joint issue, but don't push it. Also try wrapping your elbow.

As far as the milkshake you're shooting on your girlfriend's stomach, well your effecting your testicles with the gear, so yeah, don't be surprised that your baby batter has changed somewhat...

My stats are:

Age: 35
Height: 5'11"
Body Fat: 10.8% (rising a bit now)
Diet: Chicken/Tuna/Salmon/Rice/Pasta/Salad/Fruit + 2 protein shakes/day + Bread (can't lay off the stuff). Try to eat 4 times per day.

I don't really know in terms of pounds of muscle what I want. I just want to add bulk. I'll know when I see it what is enough. My questions really were:

1) What should I do when/if I achieve my goal early? Finish the cycle early, or complete the cycle with less intensity and more cardio?
2) Any comments on the HCG on cycle? Anyone done it this way yet? Any issues?
