EQ and Sus250 - PCT?

Hey Guys,

New to the board. Been reading up all the information on it. Great site funny stories and more info than I can consume. Anyway. Im starting my first cycle, actually already in week 2 of it, and need to know what I can use for PCT. Here is what im taking

EQ - 600mgs / per week for 10 weeks
Sus - 500mgs / per week for 10 weeks

Like I said I'm already in week 2 of this cycle and I dont know what to take for PCT. clomid? Nolv? hcg? I am a bit confused on this matter?!?!?!

Have been working out for 6 years on and off since high school but been 1 year strong

Begin PCT one week after your last injection. PCT should consist of 1,000 IUs HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED and 50 mgs Clomid ED. Then, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED and 50 mgs Clomid ED for an additional 3 weeks.

Is the HCG 1000 iu's for the week or for each day, sorry for all the questions

1000 IUs per day 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) which results in a total of 3,000 IUs for the week.
