I ran and will run the minimum amount of EQ people reccomend (400mg wk for 10 weeks) I got gyno once and got it cut out. I don't care if people say chances are slim with EQ, im playing it safe and running 'dex @ .25 ED

Arimidex/liquidex might be a little extreme on Eq-only.I would just have some nolvadex on hand prior to starting,but you probably won't need to run it.

I wish so many people didn't tell me that I wouldn't need an aromatase inhibitor on EQ. Once I added in some var with it I noticed growth from some tissue that was left over from puberty. Now I'm on 25mg of nolva ED waiting for my arimidex to come. If you think you're predisposed to gyno, then an anti-aromatase could do you well. If you don't think you have any specific predisposition then just make sure you have some nolva anyway just in case.

any other signs of estrogen conversion like bloating or increased fat gain?
