VERY DANGEROUSE SHIT!!! Don't do it! Many people have died from it. It increases your red blood cell count so you're able to use more oxygen. Endurance athleets use it. And even under profesional supervision, people die because their blood gets to thick and their heart cant take it. Stay away. It's also very expensive. Olymic level cyclists and long didtance runners use it.

I know some old people (70's) that used it and its like a fouontain of youth for them!! but then they are also on blood thinners..
I would love to try it... and just might after another season of reasearch and seeing how it does on my cleints!!!
