I do dumbell presses more than any other weight training. I have a naturally flabby chest , Almost like slight Gyno and my overall body type is athletic but slightly chubby( BUILT LIKE ROGER CLEMENS) and I run a 10k every other day. I have had that chest ever sinse puberty. Tried novaldex once and it hardend my chest up good, but I got lazy and stopped . Been working out again for about 4 months I was wandering if adding EPI-STRONG ,better Diet and even more (heavier, higher reps, more sets)dumdell presses could inprove my chest and harden my physic some... In other words does EPI STRONG have anti estrogen effects on the body ,such as winstrol , Could this help my chest get more ripped. I DONT WANT=
