Epistane/Propadrol Cycle Help Needed

Alrighty fellers, I am needing some help with this. I am 31yrs old, 6'4 and 340lbs<< Not a typo. I jog/walk 3-4 miles every other day. I lift heavy 3-4 days a week. I am a large guy. My strength is very low. I have been lifting for about a year now. I get some gains every now and again, but nothing major.

I am currently taking:

Universal Creatine< twice a day on workout days> one time on cardio days
Whey Protein<> The walmart kind with some protein bars
Flaxseed> 3 pills a day 1000mg pills
FishOil>3 pills a day 1200mg pills
Hawthorn Berry> 6 pills a day 565mg pills
Equate mulitvitamin> 1 a day
Super Nos> 3 a day before workout on lifting days
Jack3d> if I feel sluggish before workout.
Tribulus and ZMA every night before bed.

I currently box, completely amateur, I will have a fight in Jan, "toughman". I need some strength for then. Size/weight doesn't matter, water retention doesn't matter.

I will be starting a epistane/propadrol cycle soon. The epistane is the Transform EPI. I have read and read on this stuff, lots of info on the smaller guys but nothing on a large man like myself. I do have a gut. I have had it all my life. I do not drink alcohol.

My dr. did prescribe me some Adipex and a mild Blood Pressure pill to take with it for me to cut with. It has really given me energy in the gym.

I have access to some test, but I would like to run it next cycle to sorta alternate. I have never ran a cycle before.

What kind of dose of this epistane/propdrol can you suggest I take. Do I need to quit taking the other stuff? I am large, and more than likely going to breakout with acne. But I can deal with it, its no concern of mine. Getting my test back up quickly is after the cycle. PCT????

Can someone please help this big guy out. Thanks in advance.

You can keep taking the other supps your taking without a problem. dose the epistane at 30mg ed and the propadrol 60-90mg ed.
 
Everything looks pretty good. As Orbit said 30/60-90. I might up the Epistane after u get a feel for how u react to it. I personally have a high tolerance to it and take more than most. I dont reccomend others taking as much as I do but taking more is something to consider since u r a BIG dude.
 
i had great results with epi strong man. i ran it with t3 maxed at 100mcgs. gained 13 lbs and lost body fat. lifts went up and are still up 2 weeks into pct.

personally i would say hold off until your lifts are all decent and your body is really used to moving around heavy stuff and recovering from it. Ive been lifting for a couple years and would like to say i have my supps,diet,sleep and training down pretty good especially for a 21 year old.

heres why i say that. My joints got DRY. im 6 foot and went from 230 to over 240. shoulders, elbows, knees and even my hips started to hurt some. It was very hard for me to do cardio sometimes and big compound lifts were challenging especially when i was adding mucho weight to my bench.

now with you being much heavier then I chances are if u react like i did to it you are gonna be in a world of pain doing your boxing and cardio carrying around that weight. I was out for 8 months because of a shoulder injury from boxing and let me tell you i would never want that to happen again. i couldnt have seen myself punching anything while i was epi.

No its not to late, you can start a pct or some sort of testosterone therapy to get your boys going again. Over time without anything you might get it back but it would take years, with a good pct you can get it back in a month or so depending on how long you have been shut down.
 
Is nolvadex enough for PCT, or am I going to have to look into other things? I would just like to get everything together before I start.

If I up the dosage of oils, <flaxseed and fish> Will this help dry joints while on epistane?

My body does build tolerance to meds very easy. The adipex was started at 1 a day, 1/2 a pill twice a day, now a few months later I am taking almost 4 a day. I can take one and go straight to bed. Yeah its that bad. I plan on stopping the adipex when I start the cycle and keeping the other BP pills around just incase the cycle raises the BP into the harsh area.

The oil pills dont bother me at all, I have read some hate the taste/smell, all kinds of excuses, but I havent had any trouble. I also love the salmon, sardines, and such. The dry joints will bother me I am expecting, just hoping its not to harsh.

Any recommendations on PCT? Should the PCT start the very next day as my last dose. I am going to try to go 5 weeks with the cycle.
 
my pct was/is 4 weeks clomid with hcgenerate, unleashed/post cycle and formestane after the clomid is done.
 
you starting the clomid the very next day after the PH cycle, or running it in the last week of the cycle? I have read different ways.
 
Started the epistane/propadrol today. 30mg epistan and 90mg propadrol stack. First day, no reactions so far. so far, so good. It will probably take a few days to kick in I am thinking. Was thinking of going with a 40mg dose soon if the 30 doesn't work. I got 3 bottles now of each, so I have enough to go all out for 5 weeks with a bottle of clomid here for PCT.
 
went ahead and up'd to 40mg epistane and 120mg propadrol today. Didn't do much for me yesterday or last night, got workout day tomorrow, will see how it goes. Will be my first heavy weight training on this cycle. I hear it might take a week or two to 'kick' in I am hearing. If nothing by end of week, I'll jump to 50mg dosage. Go all out, or dont go at all.
 
Yes it takes a few days to feel it dont over dose right away lol.
 
Good deal, will stick at the 40mg/120mg today also, and till later this week to see how it goes in the gym. Thank You for input on this.
 
Feeling a little better through today, Had tons of energy this morning, then it tampered off, should have taken my bottles with me to work, I really needed that 4-6 hr dose. Shoulders feel real tight about mid day and I didn't even workout yesterday.
 
3 days into it as I said, just got back from the gym. Either placebo or this stuff works. Cant tell just yet, its to early for sure. Been stuck at 65lb incline barbell bench for 2 weeks, today I went 3 sets with 70lbs. 6x6x4. Not real impressive but it is a step into the right direction. Increase bench 5lbs, all around I went up. Triceps are stuck at 200lbs, thats as high as the thing goes, will have to find something else out for them soon. Will keep posted.

Took 40mg epistane, 120mg propadrol today, will keep it steady until the weekend.

Also forgot to mention, taking Milk Thistle for liver protect 4x a day.
 
do not up your dosage at all, no need just gonna cause more toxicity with no extra gains.
 
I have read a steady 40mg is doing well for many people. Since this is my first cycle I think you are correct that 40mg should be efficient. Cant wait till 5weeks from now to see the gains. Thank You

the tight feeling in your shoulders is probably what i felt. i felt "swole" 24/7 the entire cycle. i took 3 days off once because i strained my elbow and i was still pumped the third day.
 
Definitely holding some water, cant get my wedding ring off this morning, usually it is rough to keep on, off to the gym to see what today brings, I hope it is as good as before. Started taking last dose a little earlier in the evening, I have been full of energy at bedtime causing me not to get a full nights rest, and when I do lay down, I am up in a few hours wide awake.

Joints seem OK, nothing unusual, skin a little oily today, shoulders still have that tight feeling, No cramps, No bad sides so far. I have 3 bad disc's in my back that ache constantly, and actually my back is feeling better than before. Maybe the muscles are getting stronger back there. Having some leg tension, but no cramps, just a tight feeling every now and again.

Ive up dosage of oil's to about 5-6 of flax and fish a day of each, so that about a dozen total, that is doing very well for me. Taking 4 servings of milk thistle at 1000mg each.

Epistane at 40mg, Propadrol at 120mg <<< Going to run this way entire 5-6 weeks if everything holds out even though I would like to try 50mg the last week.

4-5 days into this and things are going well so far. No real big kick yet, but a very good feeling all around.

Not liking the water weight, could be the seafood I ate also, will have to wait a couple days to see if it goes away. I am very bad to hold water, Dr. gave me 10 water pills once to take, 1 every 3 days, I shed 35lbs of water weight in 1 month. That was awhile ago, but that is just a reference on how much water I tend to hold.

I haven't taken creatine in a couple days thinking it would sorta help keep the water retention low, but even without the creatine I am holding it. So am I going to take in a couple doses before the gym today. It could just be the seafood though too, It has a tendency to bloat me in the past, and the crab legs were a bit salty.
 
Back from the gym, well today was just as good or better than the last. sets that I was painfully getting 6x6x4, I am now throwing 6x6x6 and possible more, "if I had a spotter". Bench went up a full 2 reps also, along with dumbbell press. This evening, sore as hell, lower back feels like there is a knife stuck there when I stand up. Maybe the cable rows were a little to much today. So far I am extremely happy with the Forged EPI and Propadrol stack. Its my first stack like this and I am impressed. I am making gains in days that would take a week/weeks otherwise.

Been pissing like crazy this evening, but no weight loss, sweating profusely at the gym, been in great mood, still with high sex drive. Still didn't take a dose of creatine today, they whey I take has a little already infused. Boxing tonight is completely outta the question, way to stiff and I dont want to risk possible injury this early.

So far my big perks are, larger arms, shoulders, all reps are up, most all weight are up at least 5lbs and this is still in the first week. Sure glad I started with the higher dose to feel the effects sooner.

Still at 40mg/120mg. I have some boxing guys coming in next month, so this cycle may just go the 4-5 weeks instead of the 5-6 I was planning. I just cant be this stiff in the ring.

Taurine ordered, I went ahead and ordered 2lbs just pure taurine. This way I can just mix it in my protein shakes. Found some that was 99.7% pure.

Sure glad its negative on the ecoli and salmonella, LOL. That is over 500grams I am thinking, should do me though for a long time. Wish I had this stuff a little sooner, my damn back hasn't let up today. Popped a couple motrin 800's and it eases the pain, but nothing more than that.



Still keeping the dosage, even though the back pain is still present. Hopefully it will ease. Going to down a few extra bottles of H20 and maybe that will flush the kidneys.

 
Back is still a wreck this morning. Water intake is very high, I bought 5lbs of bananas last night, they are about gone. Will have to wait on the taurine 2-3 days, sure hope it gets my back straightened out when it gets here.
 
Going to drive 1hr 15min to the closest GNC to get some taurine, Cant wait 2-3 days on other. Cant find taurine anywhere else around here. Back Pumps? yeah they are a SOB on this. Have to get to the gym today, LOL, yeah somehow.
 
Got back from GNC, they had 500mg taurine on sale at 1.29 a bottle for 60 count, not to shabby. Going to hold off the gym until tomorrow to see if this will calm down a little.
 
Ya like I said 3-5 grams a day. Best of luck with those back pumps. Never experienced them personally but they dont sound fun.
 
Alright 24hrs after taking first dose of taurine, I would say I am about 60-75% back to normal, back is still sore at a full squat or if I bend over for my shoes, it tends to want to tighten there. Took 3 grams Taurine yesterday, woke up in the middle of the night and swallowed some, not sure exactly how much, probably 4 pills which would be 2 grams, then took 2 grams so far this morning. It seems to be working. Would have probably worked faster if I had the powder instead of pills. Off to the gym to see what I have gained or lost after not working out since Wednesday. I cut off at 90mg yesterday on propadrol but still done the 40 of epistane. Just trying to find a sweet spot.

2-3 protein shakes, 52grams each
3 pills of Universal ZMA at night
2 creatine mixes every so often, not doing every day, I drive a truck and I have to piss every 30 minutes with heavy creatine consumption, + my whey has creatine in it
Going to try 4-5 grams Taurine today to see if I can get my back to release and get me back to normal


Sides so far, SEVERE back pumps for 2 days. Oily skin, small cramps here and there, not in any particular place. Sex drive is still very good.

Not taking the tribulus now, going to save it for PCT with the clomid.

1 week today into the cycle and 6lbs heavier. Water retension is low at the moment, I can slide my wedding ring on and off as usual.
 
Workout today was OK, on the way to the gym I acquired a headache that made me nauseous. I still forced myself into that gym to do some lifting, so with that being said I was not even close to 100% there. Mind was wondering, no focus whatsoever.

Couldn't do all I wanted at the gym, but feeling the way I did I was NOT expecting to gain. If I felt better my gains would probably be much more. I passed on the NO2 also before the gym. NO2 works well with me for recovery sets. So all could have been better.

For a big guy, I absolutely suck at the bench press. Bumped up to 205lb 3x5 earlier this week with a spotter, today they were quite easy with nobody around. Will bump that up for sure next week. Going to try to get to the 225lb next week. 20lb gain on bench in a week would be amazing, even at low sets. Even if I get 10 extra, It would be great.

Done a little on the legs today, but nothing to hard, everything was isolated on one of those POS machines. Just hurt way to bad to squat for anything. Going to log no gains on legs today, just because of my back.

Back pumps are LOW, just a tight feeling when I squat to set or bend over, but much better than they were. Upped taurine to 5 grams today to see what happens.

This is my first cycle, and so far still very happy. I could have flushed everything 48hrs ago with the back pumps but with the great advice here, I am still going. Thanks to all. I hope this writeup on the stack helps others along the way that want to try it.

Since back pumps were almost in control this evening, I went ahead at took the 40/120mg dose today. Back on track I feel.
 
Back pumps are almost completely gone. The other day when I was getting the bad headache it was a sign of what was coming. Was about 3 days of "coming outta both ends". Damn flu messed me up. I still managed to swallow some pills but nothing else. Felt like I had lost everything until today's gym visit. I bumped the bench up 10lbs to 215 and done 3x4 with no spotter, could gotten more if I had a hand. Everything else was still about the same. But that is still good considering this week of sickness. Went about all week on Popsicle's, nothing good for me. After all of that I am up 10lbs in weight. Sounds odd I know but, it sure is. I have drank and drank the water/Gatorade from last night to today's gym visit to try to rehydrate.

Everything is still going good despite of the sickness this week. Thanks again for all the help. I got some before pics, I will post the before and after cycle. Just 2 weeks into it and I can see definite mass in shoulders. Arms are harder, but picture wont show that.
 
Backpumps are completely gone with the powder taurine mixed with the whey I take. My wrist and elbows sure pop now even though I am taking 10+ oil pills a day. Just about 16 days in and my joints are dry. Strength has definitely increased at the gym yesterday. I done the 215 3x5 times with no spotter around. I am sure to make the 225 goal by friday. I am still going doing the 3 workouts a week, it seems to work best. I feel much better/fuller on my day off. Sex drive is way down, wife is beggin but I dont want. I never had this problem before but I do now. Incline barbell press is still at the 70's but with reps of 8. Definitely improvements there. I threw 45's on the curling bar and I am doing 3x5 on it now. This is while setting down with the elbows on the pad. Good improvement there. Triceps are same as when I started, maybe a little size, but no noticeable strength yet.

Still at 40mg epistane and doing 90mg of propadrol on off days and 120mg on workout days. IF I stayed at the 120mg of prop all the time I would have to buy another bottle for just a few days at the end of the cycle. I cant tell a difference in the 90/120 split at this time.

Making an app. to get bloodwork the day I come off cycle to see if I am shutdown or how the liver is. I want test on the next morning after cycle at 8am, just to see.
 
Just an update from the stack. Done the 225lb on bench today, 4x, 3x, 3x with absolutely nobody around. I was wanting 225 this week and its there. Just maybe I can see 250lb on the bench before the end of this 5 weeks. I am only 2 1/2 weeks in and already jump a whole lot if you have been following.

Sex drive does not exist, i dont know what in the hell is up with that.
back pumps are gone
joints are DRY
some muscle cramps later in the day.

Still taking all supplements, even throwing in a tribulus every now and again to help in shutdown.

So far I highly recommend this stack.
 
As of a few days from today, sex drive is completely gone. The feller is only good for pissing now. Seems I have shutdown. Only another week to go, but the wife is NOT happy. Still taking ZMA and tribulus but to no avail now. "Morning Glory's" are gone now, good oral wont even get it up anymore, nut pain is there but not severe.
 
Bumped to 235 on the bench today, deadlifts are up a little, I dont do them much. The taurine powder mixed in the protein shakes work really well for me, much better than the pill form. Its taking almost 10 grams a day to keep back pumps off me.

Joints are sore, everything is up and going except the little feller downstairs. 10 more days of cycle to go and everything is well. Before and after pics coming on the last day. Prepare to see what this stack has done. I have gains more in size so far than some buddies taking some harder cycles.

Really cant wait until the cycle is up and I can start the clomid and get running again. This Transform EPI and Propadrol both block estrogen and that is probably why I have no sex drive. My estrogen is rock bottom at this time. Epistane is suppose to be dry gains, so I am expecting to keep most/all of them from this cycle. I hope to have gained a full 50lbs on the bench at the end of this cycle, but if not I am totally satistifed with the results so far.
 
Glad to hear the cycle is giving u so much strength. Sucks about the libido man. When PCT rolls around this will get better.
 
Last day of cycle today, went a full 5 weeks at 40mg epistane and 90-120mg propadrol, 10grams taurine, added 10grams creatine this past couple days for working into PCT. All the other sups as mentioned before.

Final tally

Bench from 205 to 240 today, 5 x 3
isolated curls, up to 45's on each side, 6 x 3
incline dumbbell press still doing the 70's solo at reps of 8x3<< those are hard to throw up solo
cable row is from 200 to 300lbs, yeah 100lb gain, just amazing, doing sets of 4x3 now, hope this will hold during pct.
tricep pull down still at 200lbs cause that is high as the cable goes, but I do sets of 20 and 30 now.

that is my biggest jumps to date, weight started was about 339-345 depending on water retention. Todays weight was 365. Big difference in shoulders and back, will post pics this weekend. I got better gains than some buds on harsher stuff. But I do work hard in the gym. I do 3 days full body workout each day. This just seems to work for my body type.

END cycle, and I really appreciate all the help to get me through.
