Hey guys, so I've got 2 bottles of epistane 60.
I wanna work my way up to dosing it at 80 and I was wondering what the best way to do it would be.
I could do...:
40/40/60/60/80/80
or 40/40/80/80/80/80
or 40/60/60/80/80/80
What would be the best way to go? I'm guessing option 3?
